It's Here: THE DIGGER #4 Is Now in Stores

The dig is over. The truth is out of the ground.

THE DIGGER #4 — the fourth and final issue of T.S. Luther and Sam Gudilin's 1930s jungle-horror epic — is on shelves now. If you've followed The Kid and El Excavador this far into the Olmec ruins, you already know there was never going to be a clean way out. This is where it ends.

The Finale

After washing ashore, The Kid faces an impossible choice: brave the deadly jungle and confront the creatures lurking within, or turn back toward the devil he already knows. There's no good option — only the one he can survive. As the last secrets of the ruins come to light, The Digger's story and The Kid's finally collide, and the price of everything buried out here comes due.

It's the culmination of the story that started on a stretch of the Veracruz coast, where a boy desperate for money to save his grandmother agreed to guide an American treasure hunter through country no guide ever comes back from. Four issues later, we find out why.

What you're getting

We believe in giving readers more, so this finale runs oversized — a full 36 pages of story for $6.99, twelve extra pages at no extra cost, because a finale this size deserves the room to land.
